Welcome to Med X Luxury Auto Spa. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business while maintaining a professional and luxury service experience.
1. Services Provided
Med X Luxury Auto Spa provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to:Interior detailingExterior detailingPaint correctionCeramic coatingAdd-on specialty servicesAll services are performed at the client’s provided location unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled in advance and are reserved exclusively for each client.By booking an appointment, you agree to:Provide accurate contact and vehicle informationEnsure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled timeEnsure safe working conditionsWe reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.Final pricing may vary if:The vehicle condition differs significantly from what was describedExcessive pet hair, stains, biohazards, or heavy contamination are presentPayment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service charge.No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.Please refer to our separate Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for full details.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Clients must disclose any known pre-existing damage before service begins.Med X Luxury Auto Spa is not responsible for:Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint damage, or interior wearDamage due to improperly installed aftermarket partsFailure of aged, brittle, or deteriorated materialsSome heavily neglected surfaces may not fully restore despite professional treatment.
6. Ceramic Coating Disclaimer
Ceramic coatings provide enhanced protection and gloss but do not make a vehicle scratch-proof or damage-proof.Proper maintenance is required to preserve coating performance. We are not responsible for improper aftercare or automated car wash damage.
7. Weather & Environmental Conditions
As a mobile service provider, weather conditions may affect scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, severe temperatures, or unsafe conditions.
8. Satisfaction Policy
Client satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns must be addressed immediately upon service completion.We do not offer refunds once services have been completed. However, we will assess and address reasonable concerns at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Med X Luxury Auto Spa shall not be held liable for:Incidental or consequential damagesPersonal items left inside the vehicleMechanical or electrical failures unrelated to detailing servicesClients are responsible for removing valuables before service.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:Unsafe working conditions: Aggressive or inappropriate behavio/. rBiohazardous situations not disclosed prior to booking
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
