At Med X Luxury Auto Spa, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile detailing services and ensuring every vehicle receives the care and attention it deserves. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
Service-Based Business Policy
Auto detailing is a labor-based service, and once a service has been completed, the time, labor, products, and travel costs have already been incurred.
For this reason, Med X Luxury Auto Spa does not offer refunds on completed services.
Satisfaction Commitment
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, we ask that you notify us immediately before the technician leaves the service location.
If a concern is raised at the time of service, we will gladly review the issue and make reasonable corrections when appropriate.
Post-Service Concerns
If an issue is discovered after service completion, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We may offer a reasonable touch-up or correction at our discretion.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Service Limitations
Some vehicle conditions cannot be completely restored due to factors such as:

Deep scratches or paint defects

Excessive wear or material damage

Previous improper repairs
While we strive for the best possible results, perfection cannot always be guaranteed depending on vehicle condition.
Payment Responsibility
Payment is required upon completion of service. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that the service has been completed and agrees to this refund policy.
