Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date:  10/30/2025

 

At Med X Luxury Auto Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a mobile luxury detailing service, we block off time, travel to your location, and prepare equipment specifically for your scheduled service.

 

To ensure fairness and respect for our time and all clients, the following policy applies.

 

24-Hour Notice Required

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

 

Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% service charge of the scheduled service total.

 

No-Show Policy

If we arrive at the scheduled location and:

  • The vehicle is not present

  • The client is unreachable

  • The service cannot be performed due to lack of access

The appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may result in:

  • A charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service

  • Requirement of prepayment for future bookings

  • Possible refusal of future service

 

Late Arrival / Service Interference

If service cannot begin within 15 minutes of arrival due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or unavailable vehicle access, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation.

 

Weather Policy

As a mobile detailing company, weather conditions may require rescheduling to ensure quality and safety. If rescheduling is necessary due to weather, you will not be penalized.

 

Payment Responsibility

Because we do not require deposits, your agreement to this policy serves as confirmation of your commitment to the scheduled service time.
